Insieme, per far carico di tramonti infuocati e radicarci nel momento presente grazie al potere sole e del Journaling. ๐ŸŒ… Contemplare il sole, qualche minuto prima dellโ€™alba o del tramonto, ci permette di assorbirne la sua energia e apportare incredibili benefici al nostro corpo, nella sua interezza. ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Stimola la nostra ghiandola pineale, che apre il nostro terzo occhio e produce due ormoni del benessere: la melatonina (favorisce il sonno) e la serotonina (lโ€™ormone della felicitร ). โžก๏ธ Hai mai provato questa pratica? Sento ancora il torpore invernale addosso, ma allo stesso tempo le giornate che si allungano mi donano nuova linfa creativa. ๐ŸŒฟ In questi giorni ho rovistato tra i vecchi archivi fotografici e ho scovato immagini mai mostrate a nessuno. Immagini che forse nemmeno io ho mai visto nel profondo. ๐ŸŒฟ รˆ stato un po' come viaggiare nel tempo, tra ricordi e vibrazioni ... Eh sรฌ! Questo รจ il potere della fotografia. ๐ŸŒฟ ... E nellโ€™attesa che la primavera sbocci e col desiderio di condividere con te le novitร  che ho seminato in questi ultimi mesi, ti lascio questo vecchio ricordo, che profuma ancora dโ€™inverno e caminetti accesi. ๐ŸŒฟTu come vivi i momenti di transizione? Prendendomi cura di me, dei miei affetti e del mio business e la temperanza mi aiuterร  a mettere insieme tutti i tasselli del mio puzzle per tenere focalizzate le mie energie. ๐ŸŒฟCome per un fiore quando non lo si innaffia, anche i progetti, le relazioni, le emozioni e la creativitร  se non si coltivano, sbiadiscono e appassiscono lentamente. ๐ŸŒฟQuestโ€™anno sento di voler dedicare piรน tempo a me e al mio giardino, per farlo fiorire rigoglioso e poter ac-cogliere e condividere abbondanza con chiunque vorrร  farne parte. ๐ŸŒฟPrendersi cura รจ una straordinaria forma di amore e gratitudine verso sรฉ stessi, e verso gli altri. Una promessa che dovremmo farci nel quotidiano. Io la faccio a me stessa ma anche a te! ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธMi prenderรฒ cura del mio corpo, della mia anima e del mio spirito. ๐ŸŒฟ Coltiverรฒ la mia crescita personale e professionale e continuerรฒ a condividere con te le consapevolezze acquisite lungo il cammino, nella speranza di ispirarti e guidarti a fare lo stesso per fiorire come persona e professionista. ๐Ÿช”E tu cosa vuoi portare nel nuovo anno? This is how I want to embrace 2022, taking care of myself, my affections and my business. ๐ŸŒฟ As for a flower when you do not water it, even projects, relationships, emotions and creativity if you do not cultivate them, they fade and wither slowly. This year more than ever I feel I want to dedicate more time to myself and my garden, to make it bloom and to be able to welcome and share abundance to anyone who wants to be part of it. ๐ŸŒฟCaring is an extraordinary act of love and gratitude towards oneself, and others. A promise that we should make everyday . Today I do it to myself but also to you! ๐ŸŒฟI will take care of my body, my soul and my spirit. Non badare alla forma delle immagini. Poco importa che siano sfocate o imperfette.
