Hello everybody!
My name is Gianpiera. I’m a stylist photographer, visual storyteller and mentor based in Paris.
I grew up in Sardinia, a beautiful Italian island in the heart of the Mediterranean, in a gorgeous city beside the sea, Alghero.
Growing up in Italy I was also mused by a prosperous tradition of arts and crafts. This environment let me develop a pure love for all things artistic and handmade.
So, parallel to my studies and daily job, I have spent great part of my life as a creator, exploring different creative mediums, such as painting, illustration and design.
All of these experiences have contributed to my approach to photography. However, it was during my PhD studies in critic of cinema with a focus on psychology of perception that my love for photography and design grew into my passion, becoming the foundation of my creative work ever since.
For me, photography is an extraordinary vehicle of emotions, which allows us to communicate the beauty and stories of the world inside and around us.
Through this art, I like to capture poetic fragments of every day life, and create images capable of giving a sensorial transportation, that allows all those who observe them to enter that particular scene and be emotionally pervaded.
Today, combining my academic studies with my journey as a visual creative and designer, I wish to share my knowledge and skills in order to inspire and motivate you to follow your passions, through a series of projects and personalized mentoring courses.
My mission is to help you to listen to your inner voice, in order to evolve your visual creativity and find your own style.
I would like to guide you throughout an introspective journey able to strengthen your vision and visual communication. My wish is to help you to express and evolve your creativity in the way that’s best for you, whether that’s through art, styling or the way you look at the world through a camera lens.
As a visual storyteller and stylist, I specialize in still life, lifestyle and food photography.
I’ve also been the owner and designer behind Creheart, a brand of emotional designs and creative direction for small events.
I currently live in Paris, but work worldwide via my online courses. With a simple connection my virtual studio opens its doors to all those who want to delve into specific themes about photography and visual storytelling. In general it welcomes all creatives who want to develop their digital communication strategies to create a strong community around their passions.
I mainly collaborate with advertising agencies, food / product brands and privates who want to develop their communication strategies and evolve their creativity.
